Ralph Moskal's journey is rooted in the immigrant work ethic he brought from Poland at age six, but his true mission was forged in the fire of personal transformation and profound loss. For years, Ralph balanced the life of a husband, father of three girls, high school teacher, and serial entrepreneur, all while drifting toward the "standard" decline of middle age.
In 2022, he was 220 lbs with 28% body fat — but a hyper-focus on health changed everything. Through a synergy of balanced nutrition, TRT, and Peptide therapy, Ralph reclaimed his vitality, reaching 185 lbs and 10% body fat at age 47.
The drive behind Avoro Health became a personal crusade in December 2025, when Ralph lost his father to a heart attack — a tragic result of a lifetime battling diabetes, heart disease, and the effects of a poor diet and alcoholism. Witnessing the devastating toll of preventable illness, Ralph refused to accept the "dad bod" mold as an inevitability.
Today, he combines his practical success with rigorous academic pursuit to ensure others have the tools his father didn't.
